1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and manuals.
  • Equipment/tools must be returned with all original components and in working condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Used, worn, or intentionally damaged products

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact our team at support@sagaciousent.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.


3. Refunds

Once your returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue store credit.

Important: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.


4. Exchanges

To exchange an item (e.g., size or color):

  • Follow the return steps first.
  • Once approved, place a new order or request an exchange during the process.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Email us within 7 days at support@sagaciousenterprises.com.
  • Include photos and your order number.
  • We'll replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping costs.

6. International Orders

We ship globally from the United States. Please note:

  • Return shipping on international orders is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty).
  • Refunds are issued in USD and may take longer due to banking systems.
  • We do not refund customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and may not be able to cancel the shipment.

If your order has already shipped, you can return it once delivered following our standard return process.
